A customer finds your shop on Google, checks whether you handle their vehicle, reads about a service and decides whether to call. That feels like one decision to them. Behind the scenes, it can involve a website, local search, content and a paid campaign, each managed in a different place.
When those pieces drift apart, the gaps show. An ad promotes a service the website barely explains. A coating page attracts questions about a package you no longer offer. A shop wants more European diagnostic work, but its marketing still talks mostly about oil changes.
Growth 360 helps our team keep that work pointed at the same business priorities.
What Growth 360 means at Auto Shop Digital
Growth 360 is the shared marketing platform and connected operating approach used by Auto Shop Digital and our parent agency, Growth Friday. The platform is built and in use. Its AI marketing brain supports research, analysis, content planning, campaign recommendations and reporting.
You work with Auto Shop Digital. Our automotive specialists understand the work your shop wants to attract and remain responsible for strategy and execution. Growth 360 supports their judgment by helping them consider business context and available evidence across the customer journey.
The client reporting experience has a separate role. It gives you the reports and resources included in your engagement. It does not mean direct access to the internal AI marketing brain, and there is no separate Growth 360 software subscription to choose.
Your shop sets the direction
Before deciding what to improve, we need to understand what matters in your bays.
Which services do you want more of? What can your team confidently deliver? How far will the right customer travel? Where do seasonality, available technicians or equipment limit what you can accept?
An independent repair shop might prioritize brake work and diagnostics. A European specialist may need to explain its make-specific experience. A collision business needs clear estimate information, while a detailing shop may want fewer vague price requests and more conversations with customers who understand PPF coverage or coating preparation.
Your answers shape the questions our team asks of the evidence. Search demand matters, but it needs context. Promoting a service you cannot accommodate creates the wrong kind of demand, even when the traffic report looks encouraging.
Four disciplines working toward the same goal
Growth 360 connects four areas of marketing. Your service agreement determines which channels we manage.
Organic search and AI visibility. We work on a sound technical website, useful service information and accurate local presence so customers and search systems can understand your business. Local SEO should reflect the services you perform and the communities you actually serve. AI visibility work follows those same factual foundations, without promises that an AI answer will recommend your shop.
Content. Service explanations, FAQs, approved project examples and helpful articles give people reasons to trust what you do. A tire customer comparing fitment options needs different answers from someone researching paint protection for a new vehicle. Content planning starts with those decisions.
Paid media, when included. In Foundation + Google Ads, our team coordinates campaign messaging, landing pages and lead-quality review. An organic search observation can inform a question worth investigating in a paid campaign, and customer questions from ads can reveal missing explanations on a page. Google Ads management remains part of the appropriate paid engagement.
Website and user experience. The website helps a visitor move from interest to a useful next step. That includes readable mobile pages, relevant proof, clear service boundaries and working calls, forms or booking paths. Every new website ASD builds is natively connected to Growth 360.
A website built into the ongoing work
Native connectivity means the website is built into our content and optimization workflow from the start. Website improvements can be managed as part of the same work that supports your visibility and inquiries.
Suppose your team wants to explain a diagnostic process more clearly. The page, supporting answers and contact path can be considered together as part of ongoing planning. The website remains a working part of your marketing after launch.
We can retain a suitable existing visual direction or develop a refreshed design. Keeping the look can involve rebuilding the implementation on the connected stack. We assess migration requirements and third-party integrations for the specific website before agreeing on the approach.
A suitable existing website can also be improved instead of rebuilt. It does not become natively connected simply because ASD manages the marketing. Our website design service explains that distinction and how the rebuild-when-appropriate policy works within Foundation. Existing clients and sites should discuss their current setup with their ASD account team.
Where Sanity fits
Sanity is the content management system used for the connected websites we build. It gives your team a place to edit the content fields supplied for your site, such as service text, photos or project information where included. We explain the actual editing controls during handoff.
Sanity and the AI marketing brain do different jobs. The CMS holds editable website content. Growth 360 supports the wider planning and improvement workflow, with specialists checking what should change and why.
The content model also lets routine edits happen through the supplied editor instead of requiring a plugin for each content change. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing website improvement remain part of the active engagement. Specific functionality or integration needs still need to be assessed.
An example: better-qualified coating requests
Consider an illustrative detailing shop that wants more suitable ceramic-coating and PPF inquiries. Customers keep asking about price before they understand preparation, coverage or what protection can reasonably do.
Our team reviews the available search and website evidence alongside those customer questions. The work might involve clearer package explanations, approved project photos, useful FAQs and a quote form that asks for relevant vehicle and service details. Where Google Ads is included, campaign messaging can point to the same explanations.
After implementation, the team reviews useful inquiries and asks the shop what changed in the conversations. More page visits alone would not answer whether requests are a better fit. This example describes a workflow, without claiming a client result or an automatic integration.
People remain accountable
AI can help us research, compare evidence and develop recommendations. Our specialists check sources, factual claims and scope before deciding what to implement. Your knowledge of the shop remains essential.
We also keep the measures separate. Visibility and visits describe discovery. Calls and form responses may represent inquiries. Confirmed appointments need reliable booking evidence, and completed jobs or revenue need dependable downstream records. A click on a booking button is not a confirmed booking.
What happens next
Growth 360 supports Foundation and Foundation + Google Ads. Foundation remains $1,250/month, with no separate setup fee. A custom Sanity website is included when a rebuild is strategically appropriate; a suitable existing website can be improved instead.
The $1,950 monthly service fee includes Foundation and Google Ads management for accounts spending up to $5,000 per month in Google media. Media spend is paid separately to Google. Custom management pricing applies above $5,000 per month.
Both options begin with a six-month engagement, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. The first 90 days establish priorities, implementation and measurement milestones. Review the current scope and terms when comparing the options.
If you're considering ASD, get your 90-day plan. We'll discuss the services you want to grow, your website and your local market. If you're already a client, speak with your ASD account team about how your website and current engagement fit within the connected approach.
